TechPMP offers a structured approach to the project management. Out experts have developed complete project management methodologies for our clients and have successfully implemented numerous projects using these methodologies. We engage our clients to the projects and allow them to manage the control of their respective projects. Status reports, Executive Dashboard and periodic progress reports are issued to the stakeholders of the projects to ensure transparency. Our basic project management methodology, at its basic, is presented by the picture below:
Initiation Phase: The primary goals of the Initiation phase are to achieve stakeholder consensus regarding the objectives for the project and to confirm appropriate capital allocation. Activities that TechPMP executes in this phase include scope definition, initial requirements, project planning, project risks assessment, resource allocation, etc. If the stakeholders agree that the project meets the above criteria, the project moves to the analysis phase.
Analysis & Design: The goal of this phase is to specify requirements in greater detail and to baseline the architecture for the system to be developed. Data is collected on business, operational and technical requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to, data mapping among systems, user access patterns, and reporting requirements. Based on these requirements, TechPMP develops an architecture addressing all requirements from the analysis phase.

Testing Phase: Testing phase will encompass integration, regression and user acceptance testing. These tests are executed to confirm that the development meets all business and technical requirements. TechPMP suggests extensive testing during this phase, including beta testing. Fine-tuning of the solution takes place here as well as rework to address defects. If the stakeholders agree, TechPMP solution moves to the Production environment.
Deployment: The Deployment phase focuses on delivering the solution to production. All TechAware solution components are migrated from quality assurance environment to the production.
